                        A.      Ordinance #9 of 2006 authorizing amendment to the Code of the City of Auburn Chapter 242 entitled “Sanitary Sewers.”

A.      Sewer-Water repair/Replacement Program Resolution #84   of 2006 authorizing financing for the repair/replacement of a sewer line on the Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Program.  

B.      Sidewalk Resolution #85 of 2006 authorizing the financing of sidewalks for property owners to pay for in conjunction with their taxes on the 2005 Revolving Loan Sidewalk Program.

C.      Council Resolution #86 of 2006 approving the expenditures presented for payment and authorizing the Comptroller to process the payment of same.  (ATTACHMENT FORTHCOMING)
